CamToPlan

CamToPlan allows you to measure any area horizontally or vertically in a really simple and fast way, thanks to augmented reality.

When you enter CamToPlan, it will allow you to choose the desired mode: Horizontal to measure plans, patios, and swimming pools; Vertical, in which you can calculate the height of walls, windows, doors, and other objects or Expert, where you will have the possibility of finding out extensions of floors with walls or objects in three dimensions, among others. Therefore, once you have indicated the desired mode according to your needs, you will start performing the appropriate procedure to get the precise measurements of what you are measuring from your device's camera to the plane.

CamToPlan recommends that you start by pointing your device's camera at the ground and move slowly through each area you want to measure. Taking this into account, you will draw the measurement lines in three dimensions directly in the video mode thanks to the camera of both your Android device and tablet. Thanks to virtual reality, CamToPlan can measure floors, wall dimensions, or any other element in your environment in a few seconds. Therefore, to orient ourselves, as you make the movements with your device pointing to the areas to be measured (as if you were drawing them in the air), the lines will appear on your screen. Once the measurement is finished, you can export your drawings in PNG or DXF.
